Project Lead - HRMS Implementation(s) - Project required creation of national service center for global, multi industry corporation.  During course of project, conducted on-site meetings with each participating company to identify specific customer needs and data mapping. Presented Joint Application Design (JAD) session with multiple clients to establish a "single application" for PeopleSoft HR System Service Center.  Developed design assessment based upon client specifications identified in the JAD Session.  Achieved successful implementation of 14 companies onto a single database within the service center.
 
Functional Team Lead - Leadership and team responsibilities for HR functional roll out of PeopleSoft training administration module for National bank across multiple training departments.
 
Conducted needs analysis to identify system requirements and developed design assessment based on client specifications identified through various meetings with training user and project stakeholders.
